We will first meet with parent(s) and child to define the reasons for the consultation.

What's in a session?
Then 2 to 3 sessions with the child only, to evaluate the abilities and difficulties of the child. In those assessment sessions, tests will be used to help evaluate : motor skills and praxies, toning function, postural development and adaptation, lateralization, body awarness and body image, organization of space and time and with objects, abilities to play, interactions and exchange modality, development capabilities.
We will meet again for the report of the assessment, covering the main caracteristics of the psychomotor organization of the child and a diagnostic in term of psychomotor disorders or expression.
Psychomotricity sessions will be decided to be held, or a new assessment could be planned after a period of time, or the intervention of another specialist could be advised.
